About the job

Customer Service Coordinator;

  • We are looking for a dedicated, experienced person to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a member of our customer service team, you will oversee customer service activity for our operations by fielding customer queries and resolving issues in ways that result in satisfied, returning customers who will tell their friends and family about their experiences. You respond to queries, create and execute new procedures, create and implement client retention initiatives, and collaborate with our marketing department to promote excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Boost client happiness and relationships, provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage both pre-sales and post-sales service functions, interact with customers and sales agents.
  • Customer complaints and inquiries must be handled and resolved in a timely and correct manner.
  • Assist with product purchasing and order fulfillment tasks such as taking orders, providing pricing information, routes, and rates, and so on.
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Contact customers about contract cancellations to determine the cause and potential solutions.
  • Learn about each customer’s business model and expectations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, functions, and alternatives.
  • Coordination, analysis, and improvement of customer service functions to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Work experience in marketing or customer service
  • Presentation facilitation experience
