Responsibilities

• Management of large amounts of outbound and inbound calls.
  Connect with customers via phone call, email and chat to provide a personalized help desk experience without scripts.
• Must be able to quickly assess the situation at hand and determine the best course of action to take.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
• 1 year experience in Customer Service (E-Commerce Industry)
• Must be smart and willing to learn.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
