Title: Customer Service/Front Desk Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Maintain and ensures accuracy of internal reports and records.
  • Handling and responding to customer orders and inquiries in all forms (email, phone, in person).
  • Serves as point of communication to all departments.
  • Following up with transactions from start to finish ensuring the work flow is actually flowing.
  • Calls customers to verify orders and shares correspondence with the team.
  • Registers new partners.
  • Facilitate executive communications by answering and directing phone calls to the correct party, taking messages, and distributing corporate correspondence appropriately.
  • Liaise among executives, other staff, external partners, customers and clients.

  • Excellent customer servicer skill
  • A good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Data collection and ordering
  • Knowledge of Ms suite and other relevant computer applications.
