Title: Customer Service/Front Desk Officer
Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Maintain and ensures accuracy of internal reports and records.
- Handling and responding to customer orders and inquiries in all forms (email, phone, in person).
- Serves as point of communication to all departments.
- Following up with transactions from start to finish ensuring the work flow is actually flowing.
- Calls customers to verify orders and shares correspondence with the team.
- Registers new partners.
- Facilitate executive communications by answering and directing phone calls to the correct party, taking messages, and distributing corporate correspondence appropriately.
- Liaise among executives, other staff, external partners, customers and clients.
Key Competencies / Requirements
- Excellent customer servicer skill
- A good knowledge of social media platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Data collection and ordering
- Knowledge of Ms suite and other relevant computer applications.
