Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels
• Resolve customer problems or complaints by understanding the issue, troubleshooting, and providing accurate solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products or services to offer accurate guidance and advice to customers.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and the actions taken to resolve issues in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Gather customer feedback to help the company improve products, services, or processes and report common issues to relevant departments for review.
• Identify patterns in customer issues and provide feedback to improve product quality.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking orders, and providing information on promotions or special offers.
• Work closely with other departments, including sales, to ensure customer needs are met effectively
• Guide customers through the installation, configuration, and use of products when necessary.
