Job Description

  • As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Your goal is to build strong relationships, address concerns, and promote products/services to drive customer loyalty.

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Listen actively, empathize, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services, pricing, and policies.

Issue Resolution:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams or management.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build rapport with customers to understand needs and preferences.
  • Offer personalized solutions, recommendations, and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products/services.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
  • Process customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
  • Generate reports on customer interactions and issue resolution.

Quality and Performance:

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Achieve productivity and efficiency standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support).
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends.
  • Participate in customer feedback sessions and surveys.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • previous experience in Dispatch delivery company mush preferable.
  • must leave around iyana ipaja and it’s environment and ready to start work immediately
  • Accounting experience is highly recommend.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / month.
