Job Overview
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer service officer that specializes in Leads Closing to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must understand digital products and experience with onboarding of clients to a digital platform.
- As a Leads Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for converting leads into registered and active partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and follow up with potential clients from various lead sources
- Achieve at least 75% on target of active leads monthly.
- Guide clients through the entire onboarding process and follow up regularly to ensure task completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and delivery on target.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage online community of clients to ensure task completion daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- OND, HND, BSc Degree
- At least 1 year experience as a customer service representative, leads closer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in the use of Office and CRM software.
