Title: Customer Service Officer (Study Abroad & Training Organisation)
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos & Port Harcourt – Rivers

Responsibilities
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to student inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions to their questions and concerns.
- Assisting students with the study abroad application process, including admissions, visa processing, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
- Collaborating with the organization’s study abroad advisors and other support staff to address student needs and concerns.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the student experience and sharing feedback and insights with the organization’s leadership team.
- Contributing to the development of customer service processes and protocols to ensure the highest levels of service and support.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (First class or 2:1) or HND (Distinction or Upper Credit).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a higher education or international education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students and provide effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, chatbots, and help desk software.
- Knowledge of international education and a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or relevant work experience.
