Job Description
- Make inbound / outbound calls to potential customers and persuade them to purchase products or services
- Make retention calls to existing portfolio of borrowers
- Generate leads and close sales over the phone
- Inform prospects of promotions and relevant company information.
- Cold telephone calls to potential clients to book a portfolio / financial plan review with an investment advisor.
- Make retention calls to existing portfolio of borrowers
- Maximise on all opportunities to secure new business by providing account facilities to customers through the lead qualification process.
