Title: Customer Service Personnel
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Address customer complaints and ensure proper resolution in a timely manner.
Problem Solving:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Customer Care Manager or appropriate team.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Generate reports on customer service activities and trends.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service procedures and suggest enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Contribute to the development of new customer service strategies and tools.
Customer Education:
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and product setup.
- Provide guidance on company policies, warranty, and support services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must Leave around Lekki- Ajah
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.
