Job Description
- Onyx Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. Provide timely solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide timely answers or responses.
- Increase Customer Satisfaction by guiding customers towards the right information about our products and services
- Maintaining a good quality control by ensuring that order is process as described and delivered as requested by the customer.
- Go through the register daily to know the order that has not been delivered, trace reasons for the delay and the location of the product, and drop a message to the concern customer about the progress and when it will be ready for delivery.
- Must not leave customer’s message hanging.
- As the rider picks up the order, the concern customer must be notified.
- Works closely with logistics and store to ensure hairs been sent out meets customers specifications, and effective delivery.
- Sending of daily/weekly report to the management to trace progress and understanding the project work flows.
