Description
Employee’s will be required to:
- Answer phone calls courteously
- Guide guests and issues guest badges
- Handle client complaints
- File documents
- Maintain schedules
- Plan business travel
- Refill office supplies
- Receive deliveries
- Respond to customers’ querries
Applicants should possess the following skills;
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer programs
- Planning and organizing abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with different groups of people
- Multitasking abilities
- Efficient time management skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
Salary
- N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
