Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone,email or chat in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer service. This includes; customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to development and customer satisfaction of the company and work with the team to strategically execute main goals which is growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,transactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products/services, pricing and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Collect, monitor, Handly and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy,professionalismand maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • Participate in review meetings to identify and track opportunities for improving client satisfaction.
  • Assist in recommendation to customers offline and online to enable them achieve their desired goal.
  •  Uphold our company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal Candidate

  • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Pay strong attention to details; no minute detail is lost.
  • Strong problem solving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Selling is not your problem; you can sell ice to Eskimo.
  • You are willing to research and acquire knowledge; you know your job well and can generate results.
  • You always work to get the best end of the deal. Life for you is a winwin.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using microsoft office suite
  • Proven Experience as a customer service representative.

Salary

  • N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
