Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our business and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Assistance: Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their utensil rental requirements, provide information about our products and services, and assist with any queries or concerns.
  • Order Management: Process rental orders, track inventory availability, and ensure timely delivery or pickup of utensils as per customers’ preferences.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, working diligently to find fair and effective resolutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional utensils or services to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our utensils inventory to make informed recommendations and help customers make suitable choices.
  • Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the store and logistics teams to ensure a seamless rental process and maintain excellent communication across all departments.

Requirements

  • Customer Focus: A strong passion for providing outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a passion for customer interaction and a willingness to learn.
