Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role is based in Benin City, Nigeria, and we prefer female candidates for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in navigating our products or services, providing accurate information and guidance as needed.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the management team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security standards, to protect customer information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must reside in Benin City, Nigeria.
- Fluency in English and any local language is preferred.

Salary
- N80,000 per month.
