Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls,respond to inquiries and resolve concerns
- Address guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with servers,bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a restaurant or relatd field
- Excellent communication,listening and problem solving skill.
Salary
N80,000 / Month.
