Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through empathy and professionalism
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications and Experience
- B.A (Humanities) or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
