  • Our client is seeking an experienced, team and goal-oriented candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, B Art or HND in any Art related field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via different channels.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven experience as a customer service representative.
  • Understand social media management and trends.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarization with CRM tools and practices.
