Responsibilities

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
  • Managing database records
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Checking product or service availability
  • Processing orders and returns.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an ONC, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years experience.
