Responsibilities
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
- Managing database records
- Managing incoming calls
- Checking product or service availability
- Processing orders and returns.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an ONC, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years experience.
