Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, patient, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team.
• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience across all platforms, including in-store, online, Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website.
• Your main goal will be to take orders, resolve customer inquiries, and provide product information to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and process payments in-store, online, and through social media platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp)
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information, including Tshirts products, customization options and pricing
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company promotions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Experience with online platforms, including social media and e-commerce websites
• In-store customer service experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
• Ordinary National Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• Candidates should be able to work Full-time position – Mon to Saturday
• Availability to work occasionally during weekends and holidays
