Job Description
- Attend to customers online via various platforms.
- Answer phone calls.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving customers’ complaints.
- Processing orders, forms and requests.
- Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handling order fulfillment by ensuring orders are delivered on time.
- Handling third party logistics.
Working Hours
- Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30am to 7pm – Adeniji Branch
- Sundays: 12:00pm to 06:00pm. (Yaba Branch)
- 6 Off days in a month including 2 Sundays.
