Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Act as the company’s Janitor.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- OND / B.Sc. in any of the disciplines such as (Marketing, Business Administration).
- 3 years of Relationship Management experience.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with mastery in written communication and presentations;
- Ability to multi-task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds.
