Job Overview
- The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product service information answer questions and resolve every emerging issues that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Closing sales that will develop into return customers and new customers.
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Buildingsustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meetingpersonal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least an OND
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a customer service representative
- Must be a good team player
- Must possess good character traits and personality
- Must have the abilityto multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have customerorientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Must have excellentcommunication and presentation skills
- Must live within Okota/Ago/Isolo and environs
- Must not be above 26 years of age.
