Title: Customer Service Representative – Male (Gender Balance)

Location: Adeniji – Lagos Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Attend to customers online via various platforms.
• Answer phone calls.
• Attend to customers online via all platforms.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customers’ complaints.
• Processing orders, forms and requests.
• Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30am to 7pm – Adeniji Branch
• Sundays: 12:00pm to 06:00pm. (Yaba Branch)
• 6 Off days in a month including 2 Sundays.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1- 3 years work experience.
