Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Lagos.
- The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the customer service team and ensuring that customer inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
- The Customer Service Supervisor is also responsible for identifying trends in customer complaints and working to resolve those issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Experience in the wellness, beauty, or personal grooming industry is a plus
- Supervisory Skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Customer Satisfaction skills, with an emphasis on ensuring high levels of customer retention and minimizing customer complaints
- Customer Support skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Customer Service Management skills, with an emphasis on driving customer experience improvements and establishing service standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk
