Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product-related issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in creating and updating customer service resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 yes customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Candidates must be staying around Ketu, Alapere, Ogun, Ojota, Ikeja and its environs
