Title: Customer Services Officer

Location: Nasarawa

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the handling of customers queries and requests.
  • Driving the resolution and feedback process.
  • Processing of error free customer applications.
  • Analysis and trending of customers complaints and requests.
  • Building on existing relationships with customers via CRM sessions.
  • Ensuring constant and accurate update of customer data at every visit.
  • Preparation of monthly activity report of the unit
  • Initiating and implementing new ideas and planning.
  • Liaising with key departments to achieve business goals.
  • Office logistics.

Requirements

  • Should possess a minimum educational qualification of an ND / OND in any Social Science, Humanities, Management Science or other related fields.
  • 2 to 3 years customer services experience from a financial Services Institution or a well-structured organisation.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages.
  • Analytical with strong quantitative data collection skills.
  • Must be customer-centric and service-orientated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and responsive in a fast-moving & dynamic environment.
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
