Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, chats, and emails, following up until customer inquiries are resolved.
- Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, assisting customers with questions and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and improve client onboarding processes.
- Execute engagement plans to build strong relationships, ensuring customers use products effectively.
- Work with the product team to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for relationship building.
Salary
N200,000 / Month.
