Job Summary
- Manage customer inquiries, bookkeeping tasks, and logistics for seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Address inquiries, ensuring positive experiences.
- Order Processing: Oversee from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy.
- Returns & Refunds: Manage requests, aligning with company policies.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Inventory & Suppliers: Monitor stock, liaise with suppliers for timely materials.
- Shipping Coordination: Organize and optimize shipping logistics.
- Cost Analysis: Identify areas for cost optimization.
- Data Entry & Process Improvement: Ensure accurate data entry and seek efficiency enhancements.
- Tracking Progress: Monitor satisfaction metrics, order fulfillment time, return rates, financial reports, inventory turnover, shipping efficiency, and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, bookkeeping, and logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software for bookkeeping and logistics.
