Ukeccy Solutions – Our client, Mac Center, a reputable company in Nigeria that specializes in sales and support for Apple products, is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos (it is preferable for candidate to live around this environs)

Employment Type: Full Time 5 Working days between Monday- Saturday.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team and assist our customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think critically and solve problems. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and update the company’s knowledge base.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth and effective communication with customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software programs.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Good understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Compensation
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
