Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos (it is preferable for candidate to live around this environs)
Employment Type: Full Time 5 Working days between Monday- Saturday.
Job Description
- We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team and assist our customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think critically and solve problems. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customer problems and ensure their needs are met.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update the company’s knowledge base.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and resolving any outstanding issues.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth and effective communication with customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software programs.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
Compensation
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
