Position Overview

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to fill the position of Customer Support Lead.
  • In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and assistance.
  • As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of Bankoto.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide guidance and education on the company’s products or services, ensuring customers are maximizing the value and benefits.
  • Develop and oversee a structured onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of the company’s offerings.
  • Actively seek customer feedback through surveys, interviews, or other means to gather insights for product improvement and service enhancement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in using communication tools and platforms.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce and technology is advantageous.
