Job Description

  • As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will consist of tasks surrounding helping customers with questions, and feature requests, and helping resolve complaints.
  • This is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages and other Office suites of software.
  • Excellent mail etiquette and good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • We expect you to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will approach the unexplored and unprecedented as an opportunity to outstandingly unravel solutions.
  • Brainstorm and prioritize practical, pragmatic solutions that can be accomplished quickly

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND in any related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support, Sales, etc.
  • The ideal candidate Must be fluent in the English Language (both written and oral).
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt technical products.
