• Our students have a diverse background, from working professionals to recent college graduates who seek to transition into careers in Cybersecurity.
• You will have a direct hand in changing the lives of our students.

Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:

• Craft comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments, covering diverse cybersecurity topics.
• Provide practical and industry based contents.

Instruction and Training:

• Bring the learning experience to life by building community and enhancing relevance by drawing on your own industry experience
• Translate complex subject matter in a clear and concise manner for a diverse range of learners or skill levels.
• Ensure that homework is graded on-time, and occasionally assist with grading
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters active participation and open discussions.
• Prepare and guide students in industry recognized certificates & exams.

Skill Development:

• Provide personalized or group coaching to hone students’ practical skills in ethical hacking, penetration testing, incident response, network security, lap testing etc.
• Offer guidance on effectively utilizing cybersecurity tools and technologies.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate student progress through diverse methods like assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams.
• Offer constructive feedback to help students identify their strengths and areas for growth.

Mentorship:

• Guide and mentor students aspiring for a cybersecurity career, helping them set goals and chart their professional path.
• Share industry insights, job opportunities, and the importance of relevant certifications.
• Provide post training internship support and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary Degree / Certifications in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• A positive attitude and a self starter
• Relevant industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, CISM, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience practicing or teaching cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity practices, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and empathy.
