Job Summary
- The Digital Marketing and BrandCommunications Lead will drive Norrenberger organization brand strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing, media relations, and event management to position the company and its affiliates as leaders in Nigeria’s financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including audits and industry analyses, to strengthen brand equity and visibility.
- Design impactful brand and product campaigns, managing budgets and collaborating with teams to drive revenue and enhance client perception.
- Lead media strategy, maintain consistent communication across channels, establish partnerships, and manage public relations to boost visibility.
- Oversee reputational risk and conduct preliminary crisis management to safeguard brand integrity.
- Implement strategies that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and internal brand alignment.
- Develop digital strategies to grow brand presence, drive social media engagement, and manage influencer relationships.
- Ensure high-quality, compliant content across social platforms, monitor metrics, and provide monthly performance reports.
- Plan and execute corporate events to boost customer engagement, manage logistics, and secure sponsorships.
- Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to align communication strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, corporate communications, and digital marketing.
- Strong project management, communication, and media relations skills.
- A strategic, adaptable professional with expertise in branding, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
