Job Description

  • As a Digital Marketing Executive (Graduate Trainee) at Feman Media Agency, you will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts.
  • The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role is 80% remote and 20% on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation:Liase with design team to create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports to track KPIs and provide insights.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Website Management: Help update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, content creators, Influencers, and marketing strategists, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND
  • 1 year experience.
