Title: Direct Sales Agent

Job Description
- As a Direct Sales Agent, You will be responsible for driving the Bank’s Loan products as well as cross selling all other products of the bank. Role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand the need of the Customer.
- Sell the company’s Products proactively to new/prospective customers.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Marketing Manager.
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Cross-sell the bank products to new customers.
- Ensure accuracy of all forms and documents executed by the Customer.
- Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met.
- Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of an ND in Sales Marketing or any other related field;
- 0-1 years working experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Detail oriented;
- Strong customer relationship skills;
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required;
- Self-motivated;
- Time management skills.
