Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Bauchi, Jagawa, Kaduna, Katsina, Kogi, Kwara, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba and Lekki – Lagos
Job Summary
- We seek highly motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our client’s team. Successful candidates will identify and acquire new customers, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products and services
- Meet sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking services
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell bank products
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- OND, HND, NCE, or BSc in any discipline
- 0-1 year sales or marketing experience (banking experience an advantage)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
