Role Overview:

  • As a Business Development/Marketing Executive at Essential Media Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing, promoting, and expanding our diverse range of brands across multiple platforms. Your primary focus will be to strategize, execute, and manage marketing campaigns while fostering partnerships and opportunities for brand growth and exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development and Strategy:

  • Brand Promotion: Devise and implement strategic marketing plans to promote and enhance visibility for Essential Media Group brands.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies.
  • Brand Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with our mission, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Business Development:

  • Partnership Cultivation: Identify and foster strategic partnerships with industry leaders, sponsors, and collaborators to drive brand growth and revenue generation.
  • New Business Opportunities: Explore and pursue new avenues for expansion, revenue streams, and market penetration aligned with our brand ethos.
  • Event Management: Oversee and support the planning and execution of key events such as the Made by Design Show, IDEA Awards, Design Week Lagos, and the ID Buyers Guide Show.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators and production teams to create compelling, on-brand marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • ROI Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing metrics to refine strategies.

Relationship Management:

  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term connections.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and production, ensuring alignment and synergy across departments.

Requirements:
