Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Duty Manager to increase the efficiency of our operations. The role will report to the Operations Manager. May also be required to perform administrative tasks.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager about policy and procedure implementations
- Ensuring that the housekeeping, cleaning and F & B teams meet service standards
- Ensuring that operational deadlines are met
- Providing operations support to all departments
- Conducting frequent spot checks to ensure that staff carry out their duties effectively and efficiently
- Developing and tracking workplans
- Managing relationships with guests in a transparent manner
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Extensive experience in a hotel operations management position or similar.
