Job Description

• We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Duty Manager to increase the efficiency of our operations. The role will report to the Operations Manager. May also be required to perform administrative tasks.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced operational competency and excellent managerial skills.

You will be responsible for:

• Reporting to the Operations Manager about policy and procedure implementations
• Ensuring that the housekeeping, cleaning and F & B teams meet service standards
• Ensuring that operational deadlines are met
• Providing operations support to all departments
• Conducting frequent spot checks to ensure that staff carry out their duties effectively and efficiently
• Developing and tracking workplans
• Managing relationships with guests in a transparent manner

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Extensive experience in a hotel operations management position or similar.
