The Institute for Industrial Technology (IIT) is a humanitarian organization. Our goals are not profit-oriented; instead, they are people-oriented. Job Description
- To be able to teach Electrical Trades within prescribed duration.
- Prepare resources for modules (courses) based on assigned topics.
- Prepare module manual, instructor guide and organize relevant hand-out notes.
- Manage inventory of module (course) resources.
- Set and supervise assessments and classwork.
- Prepare evaluation report.
- Collaborate with the programme coordinator and faculty to plan, manage, and execute activities according to schedules.
- Contribute to the improvement of the module, etc.
Requirements
- With an Engineering / Technology background or a professional certification in the related field.
- Strong understanding of Electrical principles.
- To show significant experience in the subject.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- To have the ability and a strong desire to impart knowledge.
- Strong ethical value.
- Possess a strong desire towards continuous development.
- Creative and Innovative.
