Job Title: Enterprise Sales Lead

Locations: Kano and Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Overview

  • The Enterprise Sales Lead will develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and onboard enterprise clients.
  • This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the enterprise market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the enterprise market.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential enterprise clients and understand their needs.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Flex Finance’s spend management solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, handle objections, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • ERP Industry Experience: Must have experience selling ERP solutions such as SAP, SAGE, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise market and spend management solutions.
  • Proactive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
