Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Canvasser

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Position Overview

• We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Reps (Canvassers).
• In this role, you will reach out to potential customers in the agricultural sector to introduce our farm products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in local areas to identify potential customers and promote our farm products.
• Share information about our products and their benefits with potential customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Keep track of customer interactions and follow-up actions in a simple reporting system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• OND in any relevant field
• Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency and commitment to providing the best customer service.
• Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
