Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in driving the company’s vision and goals.
  • As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-level administrative tasks, streamlining communication, and ensuring the CEO’s time and priorities are effectively aligned with organizational objectives.
  • This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office, requiring someone highly adaptable and resourceful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in strategic planning, project management, and follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Liaise with legal teams and assist in reviewing contracts or other legal documents as needed.
  • Support the CEO in operational tasks to drive organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Law, or related fields).
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Legal experience or familiarity with legal documentation is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and software.
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 monthly.
