Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support.
Responsibilites
- Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bsc / HND in any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, experience in tourism/govt sector is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
