Job Responsibilities

• Scheduling and managing the executive’s calendar
• Organizing meetings and appointments
• Monitoring and responding to emails on behalf of the executive
• Prioritizing correspondence and drafting responses
• Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Organizing and preparing for meetings
• Arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
• Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
• Managing incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, mail)
• Assisting in the planning and execution of projects
• Tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Assisting with personal tasks and errands for the executive
• Organizing personal travel and accommodation
• Assisting in making informed decisions by providing relevant information and insights.
