Title: Executive Assistant

Description
- Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the MD/CEO of our Company.
- This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can efficiently manage a range of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the MD’s office and support their overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD/CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as an effective liaison between the CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other employees
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Compile and analyze data and create comprehensive reports and summaries for the CEO’s review.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges or issues, and provide creative solutions to enhance the CEO’s productivity and efficiency
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, business initiatives, and special projects
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support decision-making and problem-solving.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Must have 6-9 years experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
