Title: Executive Assistant

Position Overview
- As the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chairman of Santabella Group in achieving organisational goals.
- You will work closely with the Chairman on a variety of tasks, ranging from administrative duties to strategic initiatives.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in different departmental roles and contribute directly to the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, projects, and events.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Anticipate the needs of the Chairman and proactively address them to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, speeches, and other materials for internal and external meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman to support the overall objectives of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Idealistic thinking and a passion for contributing to the success of the organization.
