Job Description

  • Manage and maintain MD’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and coordinate conflicting appointments, ensuring that MD is well-prepared and informed of her schedules.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Draft, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of MD.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives and other team members, departments, and external contacts.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and material distribution.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant participants.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports as requested.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality of executive-level discussions, decisions, and actions.

Educational Qualification

  • HND / B.Sc

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, calendar management).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Professionalism and the ability to represent executives in a polished and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating needs and taking initiative.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
