Key Responsibilities

  •  Ensure the provision of administrative and business support
  • Administer agenda items, facilitate approved guest speakers and record meeting minutes.
  • Construct monthly operational update
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings and events on behalf of the managing director
  • Attend and respond to email and telephone calls on behalf of the managing director
  • Liaise with both internal and external teams to ensure prompt resolution on issues
  • Support the development and training of staffs and deliver guidance and advice within the organization.

Outline of Duties to the CEO

Commence employment to single handedly support the group CEO and organize both business and personal travel on behalf of the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive business and personal diary management, administration and execution of personal errands.
  • Undertake extensive weekly national travel to support the CEO across national offices.
  • Responds to a high volumes of incoming telephone calls and emails on behalf of the Group CEO and replied, actioned and maintained as appropriate.
  • Liaise with external departments to facilitate the CEOs diary and arrange meetings with the senior management across the group including members of the executive board.
  • Arrange all travel requirements for the Group CEO and accurately process relative expenses
