Title: Executive Assistant to Group Executive Director

Location: Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of all assignments as directed by the GED.
  • Focal Point for the GED on al business operations Companywide.
  • Participation in all business operations meetings and give appropriate feedbacks to the GED
  • Processing of documents requiring GED’S opprovals.
  • Prompt and appropriate implementation of other assignments given to by the GED
  • Handle sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
  • Anticipate the GED requirements and time- management.
  • Maintaining client and employee database for mailing and communication purposes for The GED’s Office
  • Management of deadlines for the GED
  • Organize and maintain ongoing records gding company information, project fles, reports, memos, emails, and presentations
  • Serve as on-site point of contact for the CED
  • Assisting the GED in the timely management of all communication, both written and via telephone, e-mail to both internal and external contacts

Qualifications

  • Good University Degree in any related discipline.
  • An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience proferably in Downstream Oll & Gas or
  • FMCC industry with at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar position with Senior Management level Executive in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS office applications.
  • Good knowledge of the Lubricants business
  • Good knowledge of Project Management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Proven track records in leading sales team(s)
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skils.
