Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage CEO calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents. Take minutes during meetings and when needed. Ensure proper documentation of invoices and receipts.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Office Management: Oversee the general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a professional office environment.
- Procurement: Prepare bids/ tenders for clients
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
